I Am What I Am

We live in a society that is formed out of belief constructs. Everything starts with an idea and is developed further on cognitive concepts that are actually intangible. For example: ‘ Being perfect’, ‘being good’, ‘obedient’, ‘religious’. You cannot touch these things. These are defined as per the rules and beliefs of the societal framework.

Most of the times your choices are based on the perception to ‘Fit in’ or ‘being acceptable’. ‘I need to fit in this group/ society/ organization’, ‘I need to be accepted in this tribe /race/religion that you aspire to be part of. These tribes usually represent the consequence of your choices and most probably are influenced by the societal framework.

This aspiration or the need to be a part of the tribe may not actually come from your true desire. A very common experience of this nature is usually witnessed by most in their growing up years; In college or high school where you might have desired to be a part of the so-called ‘happening’ group or a really ‘cool’ group that is extremely famous or popular. The reason for you wanting to be a part of this group may not necessarily resonate with your desire of to become popular.

For example, You may be an introvert and would love to do things by yourself but if the cool group is an extrovert you would want to comprise on your true desire to a part of that group. And it is actually a myth that introverts are not popular. It is just a perception.

Labels such as ‘ introverts’ or ‘extroverts’ only end up creating further boundaries of discrimination and add on to the pile of perceptions, judgments which eventually penetrate right to the core of functioning that is ‘your belief system’.

So it is time for you to acknowledge the truth that each of us is born from the same divine source who is perfect beyond space time and every other existing dimension.

It is the time that you see the light of who you really are and bring out that very best version of you that which is already YOU!

The only morality that you must be concerned with is that you shouldn’t hurt or dictate anyone.

It is important to respect others opinion and it is perfectly okay to disagree. Infact when you embrace yourself with more acceptance with all that you are, without brushing justifications of who you are, you end up doing the same for others.

When you embrace your true self you make that space for others to do the same in their time and understanding of themselves.

You are a reflection to others as much as others are a reflection of yourself to you. So as you walk that step towards your true self, you lead to inspiring others to do the same.

Diversity is a true beauty. I see it as a reflection of the infinite possibilities harmoniously working and evolving together to better the experience of every existence. I believe bringing harmony in diversity is an opportunity for each one of us to imbibe and explore the experience of true ‘Oneness’.

Be bold, be who you are and shine brighter each day inspiring and encouraging everyone to be that LIGHT.

I AM WHAT I AM

The language of nature is a mystery that really intrigues me. Every single time that I am amidst nature my heart sings joyfully. I feel welcomed and there is a glimpse of unconditional acceptance of who I am, the way I am. The wilderness amazes me. The magnificence of nature does not make me feel mediocre, inspite of my presence that seems so insignificant in front of this universal splendor. However, this grandiose makes me feel humbled with her acceptance of me and reveals to me that my presence is way beyond what it looks. It is truly significant. It allows me to merge not just with the beauty of the creation but also with the vision of the creator, in a way that every cell of my body feels that oneness. There are no barriers within mind, body and soul. No barriers between what lies at the inside and that which is visible at the outside.

This experience of oneness gets every cell of my body to believe that I am truly limitless in every aspect. It makes me feel powerful beyond measure. This divine power brings me closer to my true self; the higher self. This true self is a piece from the creator himself.

As I feel the breeze, I feel it brings down the veil of ego and all of its allies and what remains is just nothing. The ‘me’ dissolves in the oneness, where ‘I Am’ is ‘I Am’.

Such glimpse into the divine oneness is a therapy.

This therapy reduces the chaos of the mind.

This therapy brings one closer to one’s true self.

A therapy that inspires one to live through inspiration, the natural flow of the creation and the creator and become a conscious co-author in this ever – evolving consciousness and universe.

This therapy also helps you live freely, ‘To be in this world and not of this world.’

My encounter with nature brings in the present and takes me closer to ever lasting peace.

You must live in the present,

 Launch yourself on every wave,

And find your eternity in each moment.

                                    -Henry David Thoreau

When one achieves the alignment between the mind, body and soul, it is a step into eternal freedom. This is freedom from all barriers of mind.

The breath that you breathe is the thread that connects your physical existence to the invisible realm, which is beyond the eyes to see. Being in nature helps you become more aware of your own existence. The silence and sounds of nature help you go deeper within yourself and become the answer that you are seeking.

It is time to get back to nature and drink its beauty and imbibe her wisdom.

“Sell your cleverness and purchase your bewilderment”

– Rumi

I open my heart to anchor this wisdom of nature and purify my mind to live freely. Nature has been my greatest teacher and will always be!

So spend time in nature today and each day. Learn the art to live in the moment and discover living in eternity today!!!

101 Ways to Transform Your Life : Thought 13

‘What you think about expands. Inner Bliss is your blueprint. Thoughts create reality!’
-Dr. Wayne Dyer

What you think expands. ‘Thoughts become reality’. Thoughts are one of the most important tools of creation in life. However, thoughts that are truly in alignment with your Higher self, ‘The Impersonal Self’ will actually whittle out your path leading towards experiencing Inner Bliss

Inner bliss is a state where illusions disappear and what remains is the oneness between the so- called ‘You’ and Your Higher Self. ‘I’ referred as the EGO self is a separation created and can be dissolved by mere willingness. This Higher Self that causes the experience of the inner bliss is a blueprint in life that unfolds in every moment. Just like the power of focus reflects the strength and depth of one’s abilities, repetition of thoughts expands it into an experience of the very thing that you are thinking about.

‘Repetition is the mother of learning, the father of action which makes it the architect of accomplishment’ – Zig Ziglar

Thinking is the key that unlocks the doors of many avenues. The nature of your thoughts would thus determine the kind of avenues you would then experience either in form of events or circumstances that unfold in your life.

Hence it is important that you reach that alignment within yourself to bring forth more thoughts that open the doors of the avenues that unravel this inner bliss.

Inner bliss does not mean that there will be no obstacles to overcome, nor does it mean that you become oblivious to what the circumstantial facts are around you. It allows you to remain centered and rise above and see from the perspective of its purpose to show up rather than just witnessing it as an unfolding event.

This inner shift then goes on to create a reality which is true alignment and reflection of thoughts.

Thoughts create experiences. Experiences bring blessings either in form of fulfilled desires or unseen lessons that nourish your soul. Experiences or events create a reality in this dimension of life of time and space that we seem to be living from moment to moment.

Inspired moments are those which break all barriers at conscious or subconscious level. When one has inspired moments in life, Life happens for you and not to you. There occurs a great shift within where you now acknowledge your most authentic self, seeing it ‘As It Is’. This is that dimension where energy flows through you and everything in consciousness seems to expand and you step into a new world, a world of possibilities and a world of being limitless.

How does one experience such inspired moments? Well, most often than not the answer to the questions that begin with ‘How’ are found in the realm of magic. Realm of magic is a place where there exist infinite possibilities which the human ‘unawakened’ mind is unable to comprehend them, but it surely exists.

Thus, the string that connect the realm of magic and the experiences of the fulfilled desires is in the question of ‘WHY’

When you have an answer for the question as to why would you want to live life through inspired moments then, you would have entered this realm of magic creating experiences that bring inner bliss.

So if you know and feel that you want to live an inspired life because this is an authentically joyful way of living then all you need is ‘Willingness’ and ‘Courage’.

Willingness to walk the path and courage to walk that unseen path!

May you embark on your journey and live your authentic self as your blueprint unfolds for you the experiences of inner bliss!!!

Thought 11: ‘Lighten your material world today. share them with others and give away  all that you don’t use. Unburden your soul with all that you don’t need”

“As is above, so is below”, ‘As is within, so is outside’. All of this wisdom brings forth to our conscious mind that all our circumstances, liking, disliking, cravings, aversions are a reflection or a manifestation of all that is going on within.

While the only way one can change things on the outside are by bringing the changes inside and in the way you think and believe.

However, every physical action is a gateway to start a journey of awareness that can take one into the realm of wakefulness. The consequence of this awareness is that everything on the outside begins to change.

We are influenced with the choices we make as a societal dogma or symbol of various things especially the two most avenues that govern the society today; which are ‘success’ and ‘power’. This is especially in reference to the material needs that one feels the need for.

There is nothing wrong with ensuring this material fulfillment for one’s needs or likings but most of the time people tend to acquire things as a status symbol in the society. One of the most common things about such acquirement is that people don’t even seem to use it.

These things just seem to be lying in the garage, store house or cupboard etc. These are an epitome of all the emotions and stories/ memories that we seem to keep in our mind without actually any the need of it.

No thought is rent free and each thought is an investment. Hence it is important that at regular intervals of our life that we remove all that which is only occupying space in our lives and our homes. We must look to lighten our self.

Lightening our self will only ensure a more joyful experience and make us feel complete as a being, just as we have been designed in the eyes of the divine.

This can be a long journey by itself but like they say journey of miles begins with one step at a time. This step could be as small as starting to give away all that you don’t need.

Share them with others as you lighten your material world today and unburden your soul with all that you don’t need.

Experience the abundance today as ‘Abundance is letting go to make space for the NEW.’

101 Ways to Transform Your Life : Thought 10

Thought 10 : Grievances bring turmoil, communication brings peace.

Grievances arise from failed expectations. Most of the times we fail to see things ‘As It Is’ in absolute reality. Until this insight dawns a realization, a self – realization which goes beyond the dogma of life and / or opinions based on experiences of self and others, grievances will in turn exist.

Unless these are embraced with maturity and accepted, they initiate a self talk. This self- talk that most of the times is not very appealing, healthy or encouraging and is an absolute spiral down. ‘Spiral down’ means it causes a ripple effect that creates more negativity, more misery within the mind. This eventually acts as great food for the mind to carry on the cycle of misery. This cycle takes one far away from the truth and joy that every moment carries within it.

The best and the easiest way to ensure that not more food is given to the mind to carry forward this misery is through the tool of communication.

When one learns to accept these grievances just as an occurrence or an event by itself, and detach the emotions from the very object that caused it, communication becomes the next step. Now the purpose of communication is not to blame the object or person but to resolve it. It now aims at addressing the issue and not the person.

On humbly accepting this, the intent of the communication is embraced with grace. This enables one to overcome the situation with so much less damage.

This is so beautifully said by none other than Rumi that,

“LIVE LIFE AS IF EVERYTHING IS RIGGED IN YOUR FAVOUR.”

When one starts having faith in this premise of existence then; no grievance is big enough to overpower one’s mind and get its firm grip in the memory cell of one’s being. It then, just becomes a passing moment in one’s life as if it was just a wave that had to cross to move towards its destination / shore.

So when you find yourself caught in storm of grievances, just accept it as a passing wave. This will help you calm down from within only to respond / communicate with more grace and see it as just another occurrence in the sky or the universe to that you have been a witness.

Be a witness to your grievances and make communication your tool to help you bring that peace within.

May the grievances that occur in your life act as the riding wave for you to reach and cross over to the banks which is blessed with eternal peace!

101 Ways to Transform Your Life: Thought 9

Thought 9:  ‘Make your own contract with God today – replace doubt with openness.’

‘Doubt is the corridor to the arena of wisdom’, however, lurking around in the corridor will not take you further. It is extremely important to take one step forward in ‘Faith’ and with openness.

When you start this journey in faith you redefine the impossibilities of your life with avenues of possibilities. This avenue of possibility brings you in contact with your Higher Self that has been waiting to reveal itself in this dimension of time and space.

It is time to make a new contract with Him and redefine living. However, this will happen when you end up releasing all that has been told to you while you decide to look from a fresh new perspective – a realm higher than the conventional living and stupor of life. Having openness to a fresh new perspective to living life, you are actually making a new contract with Him and the universe to start living newer possibilities that arise from the ‘Real You’. This ‘Real You’ is limitless

So let go of all that which is not serving you and stopping you from being limitless in this limited dimension of time and space!
